Chill Out with the Ice Cream of your choice!!
Synonymous with summer and sun, ice cream the world's favourite dessert comes in variety of shapes and forms. From Japan to the US, from Italy to India, I have tried to illustrate some of the most delicious and frozen treats around the world.
Frozen Yogurt is commonly called as Fro-Yo. It was launched under the name Frogurt on the US east coast in the 1970s.
Kulfi, the Indian ice cream derives its name from the Persian term qulfi, meaning "a covered cup". It is believed to have first been made during the Mughal Empire in the sixteenth century.
Gelato has a lower fat content than regular ice cream.
Mochi means "rice cake" and is traditionally eaten at New Year's.
Ais Kacang is commonly known as ABC(Air Batu Campur, meaning mixed ice) or Ice Kacang.
