It took me years to get it, that whole cold soup thing ;) ... But since I discovered this gazpacho recipe and altered it to my taste it's one of my favorite dishes to serve! It's a great summer soup, but I don't mind serving this Gazpacho on a chilly winter evening because it's sooo full of flavour!
