I love baking and recently came up with this recipe for oatmeal-raisin cookies. They are really easy to make, and don't hesitate to experiment with the ingredients a bit by adding nuts, cranberries or whatever you like!
Illustrating my recipes has become almost a habit by now, I remember them by illustrating them :)
It took me years to get it, that whole cold soup thing ;) ... But since I discovered this gazpacho recipe and altered it to my taste it's one of my favorite dishes to serve! It's a great summer soup, but I don't mind serving this Gazpacho on a chilly winter evening because it's sooo full of flavour!
A good quiche recipe is great to have in your repetoire, because it looks really fancy but it's actually really easy to make, and the
perfect cook-ahead dish for any party or picnic.
This salmon quiche is definitely my favorite fish quiche!
You just can't go wrong with a Quiche Lorraine!
Quiche Lorraine is really a classic and there are many ways to make one. This recipe is my own version of it. Very easy to make and really,
it tastes júst as good as the complicated recipes out there!
I said it before, I love making quiches!
The basic recipe really is foolproof and I love experimenting with ingredients!
Take this mediterranean quiche; supereasy and full of flavor! Use feta instead of normal grated cheese for variation.
And of course, this quiche can be eaten warm as well as cold. Straight out of the over served with a side salad it makes a great dinner dish.
Served cold and sliced it makes a real good addition to any picnic!
This recipe is perfect to match with mediterranean flavors like spiced sausages, vegetarian burgers, falafel or grilled haloumi.
I love the pure flavors of the vegetables, coming straight of the grill, combined with the salty softness of the white feta and the sweet touch of the raisins!
When I’m throwing a party for my friends my kitchen often turns into a sort of quiche factory. I love making quiches!
I already bake some the day ahead to slice them just before serving, and
i make some more on the day of the party.
This leak and ham quiche is a quiche that you can serve warm or cold and is also perfect to bring to an outdoor picnic, and any leftover will make a great lunch.
As a kid there were only a few things that I really, really disliked... Pumpkin soup was definitely one of them ;)
It wasn't until I was in my twenties that a really good friend made me a pumpkin coconut soup. I hardly dared tasting it, but when I did I just loved it!
After that moment I started trying to make my own pumpkin soup, just the way I liked it. Creamy but without chunks, with a rich and spicy flavour.
This soup is my all-time favorite; easy and quick once you're done cutting up the pumpkins and everytime I make it I get asked for the recipe ;) It's also vegetarian and vegan friendly (check your vegetable stock though to be absolutely sure) and combines easily with quick bites and a variety of dishes.
Yihaa! Summer is just around the corner. The perfect time for a great picnic, and what better to take with you than the perfect salad?
I usually go to National Park Hoge Veluwe for a picnic, and I love the evening sun and spotting the wild animals like red deer and those supercute roe deer.
Here's one of my favorite summer recipes. It usually takes me just about 20 minutes to make and pack this spicy noodle salad. The chicken marinade is SO easy and simple but tastes so good!
