Polpo alla Luciana

How could I relaunch myself in culinary illustration if not with one of my favorite recipes? I had the pleasure of preparing "Polpo alla Luciana" in Geneva, Nyon and Appenzell, while now I am waiting to do it in my native land, Apulia, where I could have the freshest octopus possible.
