This is my go to salad! Although it's got summer in the title, it's yummy all year round! Grab a bag of lettuce, throw in some yummy goat cheese, chop up some fresh strawberries, throw in a few candied walnuts, and finish it off with some balsamic vinaigrette and you're good to go!
