We make this for small group summer gatherings because it is so easy to make and screams “summer” in its sparkling strawberry juiciness. Simply swizzle together 1 can of frozen strawberry daiquiri mixer with 2 liters of sparkling seltzer water in a pitcher. Add a few ice cubes to boost that refreshing and cooling factor and add sliced strawberries and mint leaves to garnish. Nearly instant crowd-pleaser! Yum!
