A traditional Nordic-Baltic Carneval treat: while some eat pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, there's a sweet bun frenzy going on all through the season in Estonia (also Sweden, Finland, Latvia) Made with wheat flour and leavened with yeast, filled with whipped cream and other goodness. Veganised of course but otherwise a traditional family method:)
