A hot summer day, a hammock, and a not-too-strong Bellini is my idea of a good day. I love this recipe because it is delicious no matter how much (or little) Prosecco is added or whether or not one uses peach schnapps or peach nectar. I usually do not like sparkling wine, but it gives this drink a superb freshness!
A traditional Nordic-Baltic Carneval treat: while some eat pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, there's a sweet bun frenzy going on all through the season in Estonia (also Sweden, Finland, Latvia) Made with wheat flour and leavened with yeast, filled with whipped cream and other goodness. Veganised of course but otherwise a traditional family method:)

Reminiscing about summers throughout my childhood and this memory came to mind. I had just moved to Wisconsin from California and my family and I went and picked raspberries in the backyard before my uncle removed all of the bushes. I remember being fascinated by the color of the raspberries and I would inspect them closely before eating them. Unfortunately, I inspected them too closely and found that there were tiny bugs crawling on them! It's okay, I enjoyed them while I could.
