A hot summer day, a hammock, and a not-too-strong Bellini is my idea of a good day. I love this recipe because it is delicious no matter how much (or little) Prosecco is added or whether or not one uses peach schnapps or peach nectar. I usually do not like sparkling wine, but it gives this drink a superb freshness!
