Everything I love about summer in a quick and easy breakfast. If you have the jam prepared beforehand, it's just a matter of slicing up some polenta and frying it in a pan. And, of course, slathering with (a dab?) of butter and a (healthy) dose of maple syrup. Topped with fresh strawberries and chia jam, it's as close to perfection as an early summer morning can get.
I like to cook but not if it takes up to much time. Simple, easy and delicious works fine for me. This one takes 15 minutes to prepare, the perfect recipe for a great desert. And it's rhubarb & strawberry season! Enjoy!
