This recipe I have been making for a while with my family and is one of our favorite recipes. It's a nice citrus cake with a bit of crunch added to give it something a little extra special. Topped off with orange frosting and marmalade to make it super sweet. It is the perfect cake to have in the summer and is very simple and easy to make. This recipe also transfers well as cupcakes which is perfect for any sort of party!
