Chilli paneer is one of my all-time favourite dishes. It is an Indo-Chinese or Indian dish made with typical Indian cheese, paneer. Add more chillis for extra spice. Every now & then I'll add in a pinch of garam masala as well, but it's not typically made this way.

You can also throw in a few peppers or other vegetables to add bulk and extra nutrients. You can always make extra & warm as leftovers, as the dish tastes extra good when reheated; we never have any leftover so I always have to make it again fresh! Hope you like the dish as much as I do! :)
