What I love the most about travelling is to try every single dish I find on my way ..
I remember perfectly when I had my first CHANA Masala and how deeply it made me fall in love with Indian cuisine!
In this vegetarian dish is all about Garbanzos beans , Cooked in a spicy curry sauce and usually served with white rice or naan bread. So yummy you would not believe it!
Tabbule, It's a national salad of Syria, is mainly made of chopped parsley, tomato, onion, soaked bulgur and some fresh and dried mint, some people add cucumbers and/or garlic or use quinoa instead of bulgur.
Seasoned with abundant lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

I love the farmer’s market scene I saw in Florence, Italy that it inspired me to draw in this style. This is also a reminder for me to try these fruits because it’s a shame I only eat pomegranate from this list! 🙈
Also, I hope more and more people would support farmer’s markets and buy without the plastic packaging that we see in the supermarkets and bring your own bag, too!
