Picnic pie by Amy Casazza
West Hartford, CT, USThis drawing is inspired by my love of vintage tablecloths and napkins. I adore the texture of the fabrics and the printed or embroidered flowers or foods or monograms they have embellishing them. To me the perfect picnic blanket is a vintage tablecloth. Hopefully my picnic blanket and flowers show that here in this drawing. Picnics to me are fun, sweet and playful, I hope that translates as well. Drawn using the procreate app.

A Picnic For One by Alanna Cartier
Toronto, Ontario, CAI am an introvert. Big time, and with the ongoing pandemic, my work-from-home-by-myself space has turned into a bustling shared office full of activity. It's been a bit overwhelming. While I absolutely love my husband, I just want a lazy afternoon away from his loud-talking voice. As soon as I started to think of my dream picnic, I couldn't stop imagining a few quiet minutes alone with a book and the breeze and a nice hearty sandwich. So this picnic illustration is for everyone out there who needs a quiet moment with only the trees for company.
