A fun tea which is particularly known for it's color changing magic. The dried blue butterfly pea flowers steeped in hot water give it a blue hue. Add a little bit of lemon juice and the acidity will change the tea's color from blue to purple. Freeze the tea into popsicles for a summertime treat!
