If you use an sprouting jar it’s super easy and kids will love all the process.
You can used them in many recipes for salads, sandwiches, spreads or in stir fries.
Beans around the world! This recipe is super quick to make, easy and also full of flavour. You can use it as a vegan pate in your sandwiches and also as a healthy snack dipping your favourite chopped veggies like carrots, peppers, celery or cucumber it goes well with everything. Perfect for a vegan potluck or any party where you have to bring some food.

This is my mother in law's gazpacho recipe. It is a typical drink in Spain in the summer because it is refreshing and healthy. The illustration is the result of Ohn Mar Win Food illustration class in Skillshare and inspired in the 70's. I hope you like the illustration and enjoy the recipe.
