My favorite way to enjoy our leftover turkey growing up was a hot turkey "sandwich" (and I put sandwich in quotes because it's open face and eaten with a knife and fork, so not really a sandwich). Just bread topped with turkey pieces and covered in gravy, served piping hot. Yum!
