A family favorite!

This recipe is inspired by an original chicken curry version. I changed it a little bit so I can enjoy the same delicious, memorable flavors with my pescatarian husband.

Arroz de Marisco is a very popular Portuguese seafood dish usually eaten in high summer. Delicious, light and full of flavours from the sea.

My mom's recipe for spicy, tangy crab in coconut. Popular in Kerala, can be made with prawns or flaked fish as well.

I was browsing recipes on a lazy Saturday evening. This vongole pasta caught my eyes, then the only thing in my mind was I have to make it. It is simple to cook, and like other pasta dishes, good enough just by itself.

It's the middle of winter, but this recipe will evoke feelings of summer evenings spent with good friends around a good meal. I am fortunate enough to have a fantastic cook as a husband and I have to give him credit for this incredible meal.

Pretzel buns are not required, but after discovering them, we couldn't turn back to regular hoagies.

We live in a small city on the Parana and my husband is a lover of the river and fishing. Dreaming of a cottage on the island, away from the noise and crowds.

This is one of the most popular street food in Vietnam and very easy to make. The most difficult thing is to get the fresh ingredient. One of the best food for sharing, put everything on the table and roll while you eat. Enjoy!
