Patti Sokol

Austin, Texas, US

Bio:

Patti has been creative her entire life. Her father was a gifted artist and designer who inspired her to take art classes from a very early age.

After graduating with a degree in Fashion Design from The University of Texas, Patti began her professional career designing clothing, accessories and costumes for major apparel companies and prime time television series.

She began painting and slowly transitioned into illustration and surface pattern design. Patti’s background in design, retail and manufacturing provides her with a unique perspective on not only what informs a product’s aesthetic, but also what makes it more marketable.

Patti has a Quilt Fabric Collection in stores now called Sweet Holiday and manufactured by Michael Miller Fabrics. Her coastal home decor collection will be available next year. Details to be announced soon.
