Every Friday the forest critters set up at the market to exchange their fresh goods. Mr. Bear has always maple syrup to share but you have to bring your own container! Miss Owl will prepare your favorite herbal tea right in front of you; and even the young ones come to help after they finish school.
When I was a kid, I loved all the Christmas smells and scents coming from the kitchen! From the french toast that we would eat for breakfast to the delicious roasted chicken, not the boiled cabbages (ugh), the house smelled like cinnamon, spices, and pine. I called my mom to ask for her Drunken Pears recipe because the Holidays are coming and I want to fill my house with those smells from my childhood. Except that now I might eat the pears instead of just drinking the hot syrup, like when I was kid :D
For the Global cuisine challenge.
Done for the Food Geometry Challenge. It's impossible not to think of citrus fruits for this challenge. Make a classic lemonade and add a colorful tropical fruit for flavor, or as a fun garnish. Don't forget to add some mint!
A super easy recipe that will truly give flavour to your tofu (make it very spicy if you like it hot). You can use crunchy peanut butter or add some extra toasted peanuts on top. Go nuts!
