Nate is a freelance illustrator and the co-founder of this website, along with his sister Salli Swindell.

Some of his clients include The Wall Street Journal, Chronicle Books, American Greetings, Sony Pictures, Better Homes & Gardens, Haagen-Dazs, and Kraft Foods, among many others.

Nate lives in San Francisco with his boyfriend Jim. He loves to take long bike rides, hike in the mountains, go on fun vacations, swim in ponds, cook good food, and shop at farmer's markets.
