Maya Noriega grew up in colors. In her childhood home, where always there is a smell of painting and coffee, her mother, also an artist, encourages her to paint on walls and furniture that she no longer likes. Lesson learned: that's what art is for. To embellish the world and reveal the marvel of everyday life that we no longer see. So Maya paints what she sees, but not only: using her ultra-fine brushes with poetry and sensitivity, she opens small, brightly coloured windows onto the simple beauty of the world.
