This is my assignment for Folio Focus 2018 Summer Reboot course. This week is all about heartfelt healthy food! I live in cold and wet Scotland so this Shashuka is perfect for Scottish weather and a perfect dish for breakfast and brunch. Hope you will like this recipe illustration.
I created the recipe for Baked Zucchini-Feta Fritters based on the Heartfelt, Healthy Food! theme from FolioFocus Summer 2018. The fritters are baked, so they have much less fat than if they were fried. The feta complements the wonderful fresh zucchini taste. These are wonderful for lunch, either alone or paired with salsa, tzatziki sauce, or a small bowl of your favorite soup.
Created as part of the Folio Focus course with Rise Design and Shine, this fruit cooler has seen me through an unusually hot summer here in the UK. This is my favourite fruit combo but it can be made with any selection of fruit you fancy.
Pitangas are also known as Brazilian cherries, it is a small red fruit.. be sure to pickup the red ones because they are acidic. They are very healthy, low calories.. can help people loosing weight...They prevent cancer and cardio deseases... this is a foliofocus recipe.
