I personally tweaked this recipe for my taste. :) I usually serve this when I host dinner with friends and they like it.
TIPS: Let the shrimps marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling. You can also add roasted cherry tomatoes on top upon serving.
FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS CONTEST: My recipe is illustrated with paper sculptures. i've created of all the ingredients and the final dish. "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" I use paper i've saved from various places. The pasta is made from old manila file envelopes (thank you marsi). You can see the writing still on it. Much of my other paper is from printing sample books i saved from the trash years ago. Joanne DeWald
This nutty fresh spring rolls are very easy and healthy. Plus, you don't need to prepare sauce plates because the nutty sauce is already wrapped inside! The rolls just go straight into your mouth! How convenient!
You can use boiled chicken breast instead of shrimp, if you want.
