Salads are all about the mingling of a good selection of ingredients, a variety of textures, a nice and even vinaigrette coating and, in the summertime, a fresh bite.

A simple but great salad combination with a little bit of crunch. I eat this kind of salad all the time. You can exchange the fruits and use apples, strawberries or pomegranate instead.

My go-to salad. It's vegetarian (vegan if you leave out the cheese), uses simple ingredients, and is extremely tasty.
