Spicy Chili by David O'Neil
Columbus, Ohio, USWhen I was a kid in Cub Scouts, we had a Chili making competition. This was a bit of a problem for me, after all, I couldn't stand beans. So as a lover of meaty, spicy foods, I decided to put my own twist on it. I took the beans out of the equation, just focusing on beef and chopped pepperonis, along with dumping in all my favorite spicy ingredients. The result was something tasty, though likely best enjoyed with a glass of milk on-hand.
