Eat the Rainbow, Love your Body
Varied veggies take a dip in seasoned olive oil and get roasty toasty in a hot oven. Yummy on a cold winters night and any leftovers can be puréed into a tasty chunky soup, just add stock to achieve desired consistency!
Whenever I want to eat the rainbow, I grill a whole loke of veggie skewers and then glaze them before eating them alongside a nice piece of fish and rice!
Washes of rainbow colors define the background of an overlay of inked fruits and vegetables to describe the myriad of colors that you can eat to put some hue in you!
