Crab 'n dumpling is a traditional dish of Trinidad and Tobago. The ingredients include curry and coconut milk. The steamed wheat dumplings are flat, round and stiff. It's super yummy! (like much of the food from this beautiful twin-island republic). I am sharing an illustrated poem. Bon appétit!

This recipe is based on a dip that my family makes every single summer. To me it's as traditional as Christmas cookies in winter or dyed eggs in spring. To me, making this is best when you have freshly cooked Chesapeake Bay crabs for it, but all crab meat will do (even imitation). Enjoy!
