I have a serious addiction to avocados, they can be eaten for pretty much every meal.
I feel that Pears are understated. They have such a lovely, delicate flavour that is so fragrant and versatile at the same time! Not to mention, they make great puns.
These recipes are super quick (under 20 min each) to make. They're healthy, yummy, and can easily be stored for leftovers.
