This is an old recipe I translated from French.I still own the original piece of paper on which my Mémé (grand-mother) wrote the recipe. She used to make those delicious truffles, she always had a jar of them in her fridge and I just loved picking one truffle every so often .....

more delicious and earthy! If you insert some small twigs that you find in your yard, they would look even natural!

If you want something tangy for refreshment on a hot summer day, these rich vitami C pops are the ones you should go for! But you have to be a bit careful because raw bitter melons are really BITTER! So, in order to reduce its bitter flavor, I recommend you should slice them thinly and sprinkle a pinch of salt, then after 15 minutes, wash the salt off. When I first tried this recipe, I carelessly sliced them rather thick and didn't salt them. So they tasted super-duper BITTER!! Please don't make the same mistake as mine except only when you want something ultra punchy!
