A great recipe from the island of Crete. It is a traditional recipe, which has a unique taste thanks to the rear Greek feta cheese, burley rusks, ans fresh oregano, an of course magnificent tomatoes, of Crete.
Take some raki with it and Ya mas!!
Bread soup, wonderfully fast, easy, tasty and nutritious, one of the classics of my "Brno" Grandma's kitchen. It is best when made from older Czech bread, but I think that any darker bread will do. And a little warning: the consistence is a bit slimy!
