I received this assignment in my Illustrating the Edible class at SCAD. It was fun and a new challenge to work with type and design on this project!

I am currently a student at Savannah College of Art and Design and I am taking Linda Warner-Constantino's Illustrating the Edible class. This is a vegan variation on my Mom's traditional banana bread recipe, our sweet great dane Lilly acquired a taste for it after I left it a little too close to the edge of the counter! I hope you enjoy it as much as Lilly and I have!

The Mexican fruit punch is really good with a splash of tequila!!

This makes the best, fluffiest, tastiest homemade pancakes ever!!!!! You can add berries to each pancake while they are on the griddle.

A fun way to serve all those leftover hard-boiled eggs.

"Kaptowka" means potato in Russian!
