A great sauce, very popular to Greece. Goes great with grilled meat, a basic ingredient to «Souvlaki». Cool and spicy, thanks to garlic, has a very characteristic and strong taste. It's served on the side with warm pita bread triangles for dipping.
This is a french recipe with simple products, for a very light starter for the Christmas eve. It is elegant when served in narrow glasses ("verrines" in french), fresh, because of the herbs and the yoghurt, and original, as it combines products you never thought were good together!!
