This delicious banana bread is perfect for all those banana lovers out there. The recipe was found in my late mother in-laws secret recipe book. I remember her making this at weekends as a special treat. Perfect with chocolate spread, peanut butter or even more slice banana.
I created this recipe during a work assignment in the province of Cambodia some years ago. During that time, butter was a rare treat and so I had to substitute it with vegetable oil. But all the same, these are delicious. All I need is a quick 10 minutes preparation!
