As a person who enjoys eating healthy and experimenting in the kitchen, spinach is a perfect ingredient. These three recipes are healthy ways to incorporate another vegetable serving into your daily intake while also enjoying a delicious breakfast.
I do not always make up recipes that are winners, but this is one of my better creations. Its really delicious and happens to be vegan as well as low free, but tastes amazing (which I was assured by people who are not vegan and could care less about fat content). The colors of the illustration reference the recipes ingredients and overall feel.
