Root veggies are more than just amazing bursts of color and texture, they are also super beneficial to our bodies! Roots are some of the most nutrient-dense vegetables in the world. Once upon a time Root Veggies were in the garden and thought...we are always stuck in soil here, why not we go somewhere? Fly,.. see stars!
