I personally tweaked this recipe for my taste. :) I usually serve this when I host dinner with friends and they like it.
TIPS: Let the shrimps marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling. You can also add roasted cherry tomatoes on top upon serving.
This is one of my favorite all time recipes. Early on, it even got my son to eat vegetables. You can keep it vegan and add tofu or it also works well with chicken. It's a great basic sauce and an easy way to get your kids to eat more protein.
I love fruit in my salad! When we go strawberry picking every spring this is a yummy salad I make. The pasta helps to make it a meal. You can always add shredded rotisserie chicken to make it even more substantial.
