Locally known as a Sausage Sizzle or Sausage in a Blanket, this is an Australian suburban icon often seen at charity/ fundraising stalls in markets, malls, sport fields, parks etc. It's pure simplicity is a joy
Background scene is inspired by the ones often found in hardware store carparks on weekends
We love to visit the start of the Volvo Ocean Race in Alicante. Not only the sailing but also the Spanish kitchen. It's there where I always buy Pimentón de la vera "El Ángel"(what's in a name!). A perfect spice to use in a perfect dish. Pasta with chorizo & pimentón.
I am a HUGE fan of Rachael Ray and this dish! Make it tonight, and thank me later. ;)
Well, Well! This is the first recipe I would submit!
This is Tuco Sauce. Here, in Argentina, this sauce is very popular, specially taking in count that a great, GREAT, part of the population of Buenos Aires has got Italian ascendance (including me, of course), so pasta is a very common meal, and it goes hand in hand with the history of the most of our families.
This is my grandma´s recipe, with my mother´s twist. It takes time to make it, but the flavor it´s... indescribable. You´ll find out! It worth the hard work.

Fried rice was one of my favorite foods when I was a kid. My parents owned and operated a restaurant so they taught me cooking early, and trusted me with a knife since I was 5! My mom taught me how to make this when I was 8 years old. It's my go-to, easy and delicious comfort food. I hope you enjoy!
