This recipe is fab for a quick and tasty meal. You can marinade the chicken for a long time to get a really full flavour or if your in a rush, just cook the chicken in the marinade straight away and the taste will be more subtle. Lovely Jubbly!
This was something my Grandma Libby used to make for me all the time as a child. She used to sing and hum while cooking it. I always thought calling it "FAzool" was her bad impression of an Italian accent, as she had married into an Italian family, but I was recently corrected, being informed that Pasta Fazool is actually a southern Italian Dialect for pasta e fagiole.
This was for a MICA assignment about sentimental recipes. So it was important to me to include my grandmother, as she is the one who taught me how to cook.
