Pumpkin stir fried rice noodles is a very common street food in Taiwan. The difference between street version and mine recipe, is I adds more pumpkin to make it taste creamy. The other ingredients handed down from my grandmother. To celebrate Happy Halloween, You could try this Taiwanese style pumpkin food !

This is a traditional recipe from the Amatricia region of Italy, which was written down for me by my partner, Antonella Caputo. We have adapted it slightly to use non-local ingredients you can find in most food stores. The cartoon figure in the artwork is actually our friend Clementina, who comes from that region and is a fabulous cook.
