This recipe is simple, but is delicious with fresh eggs and seasonal asparagus..Good chili pepper also will make brilliant work.
Wish I had a grill pan to make this! I guess I'll be having grilled ham, asparagus & tomato sandwiches without the grill lines! Yum!

This recipe was the perfect one to draw! My 92 year old Grandma (aka O.G.) loves not only asparagus, but also parmesan cheese AND Ritz crackers! Those are her three favorite foods!
