This is one of my favorite all time recipes. Early on, it even got my son to eat vegetables. You can keep it vegan and add tofu or it also works well with chicken. It's a great basic sauce and an easy way to get your kids to eat more protein.
As a stereotypical poor college art student I tend to eat a lot of ramen. So much that I began to find ways to turn this food into a meal for each time of day. Ramen for Every Meal is the culmination of my discovery that saves me money to buy more art supplies. Lemme know how your ramen turns out!

This is a fail safe if un-authentic version of a tomato and vegetable based sauce I use for pasta. It came about when I had two tiny children to feed and not enough time. I figured as long as there were the vegetables blended in to the tomatoes they wouldn't even know. Just now my now 8 year old said 'Mummy I never guessed there were courgettes in there' It's pretty watery at first but it reduces down to a thick rich sauce over the three hours.
These noodles are tossed in savory, sweet minced pork and mushroom, Chinese cabbage, beansprouts, beef balls, topped with fried shallots and spring onion. Personally love to add chilli mixture, don't put so much if you cannot stand the heat. Oh, so yummy!
A basic shrimp noodle recipe that I love which I've illustrated by using collage and acrylic paint which has been manipulated via Photoshop to create a sequenced image of how to create this dish. Each illustration of the ingredients is hand drawn with a hand made collage layered underneath to create an interesting and unusual effect, I have also hand painted and edited the background.
This recipe was created on a busy night by my father who couldn't figure out what to make for dinner for my brother and I. Its quick and easy to make and its delicious! It was an instant hit in my house hold and I hope it will be in yours too!
