For the Eat Pretty Contest

Another submission for The Eat Pretty Contest. Easy, yummy and healthy, so suitable for when we are short of time doing holidays last minute shopping!

This is my healthy submission for the Style me Pretty Contest! This tart can be eaten warm as a side dish and blends prefectly well with a greens salad, but I absolutely love to use it as an appetizer when I have friends at home.

This is a vegetarian take on 'Pate'... However, the minced meat version (with a few additions of course) of the same is yum!

You can eliminate the egg if you wish....
Can use bacon bits instead of mushrooms....
Some Parmesan shavings on top would be great!!!

Here's a great use for all of those fresh veggies that are in season!
