in the autumn season i love all kinds of root vegetables, especially as oven vegetables or simply grated in salads. simply delicious and colorful

When I think about root vegetables, I also think about the animals that share the earth with them. My favorite way to cook root vegetables is to roast them. The flavors really come out! Yum!
