Zinger's Picnic At Kneff Lake by Gina M. Brown
Williamsburg, Michigan, USPicnic Challenge.
The event happened just as illustrated; however, it should be noted that it was all our fault! Zinger was accustomed to receiving some kibble at 9:30 p.m. every day for his acid reflux. That particular day, we ate very late and missed his usual treat. In typical Zinger fashion, he decided to quietly help himself to the barest of essentials, just to stay alive! And poor Officer Mike and Spike, who were wrongly denied the chance to steal their own tortillas (not that they would do so)!

Sydney, NSW, AUI loved reading Enid Blyton's Famous Five series when I was younger, and relished the descriptions of their picnics.
