Everyone knows that they've had that "Mad scientist" feeling before when cooking in the kitchen. No? Just me? Well I decided to illustrate one of my little brothers favorite cookie recipes in honor of my crazy scientist attitude that sometimes comes around when I'm throwing ingredients together!

A crisp cookie originally brought to Mexico by Spanish settlers (some say invaders) and then to the Nuevo México Province. Known as ‘Mantecados’ in Spain.
