Beauty begins when we nourish our bodies with nature's colorful fruits and vegetables.
Varied veggies take a dip in seasoned olive oil and get roasty toasty in a hot oven. Yummy on a cold winters night and any leftovers can be puréed into a tasty chunky soup, just add stock to achieve desired consistency!
Whenever I want to eat the rainbow, I grill a whole loke of veggie skewers and then glaze them before eating them alongside a nice piece of fish and rice!
Be one with nature. Enjoy your favorite rainbow fresh fruits all tossed together. Add yoghurt, oatmeal or granola if you like.
Who doesn't love colorful fruit? Especially if it's already cut and neatly assembled on a skewer and oh so easy to eat!
