This is a Boston favorite, right along with Dunkin' Donuts and the Boston Red Sox.

I had clam chowder served to me in mug like this at the Boston Sail Loft, which I would highly recommend. This recipe is a recreation of that and other Boston clam chowders. Serve with oyster crackers, if you'd like.
