I love food so much, i've tried many recipes around the world, so i can taste food from another country just from my house :). My Recipe that i've just send is Fried Duck with Spicy Mango Sauce/Sambal it is a popular dish in my hometown city, Surabaya, Indonesia. The duck has a different taste from peking duck, the simple marinated make it so delicious and the Mango sambal was incredebly hot. The stock can be the sauce to, mix it with the mango sambal, and it will be more delicious. Enjoy.
