This is my absolute favourite comfort food! Nothing can go wrong with instant noodles, just dump all ingredients into a pot of boiling water and you're good to go. This recipe calls for Korean ramyun, the noodles are thicker and chewier than your usual ramen packets. Feeds one hungry stomach!
